Even though the Army's top psychiatrist says that repeated deployments
contribute directly to mental health problems, VA Secretary James
Peake sees no connection between war experiences and the

VA'S IRA KATZ LIES ABOUT VETERAN SUICIDE PROBLEM (April 2008)
In November 2007, Dr. Ira Katz, the VA's mental health chief, told CBS News
